Background
The Client Company* is a large operator and manager of real estate, based in Moscow, GBA is over 280 000 sq.m.
The task was to integrate ODIN’s CAFM application for preventive maintenance, services and facility operations with accounting software 1C to optimize
the work of rental managers.

As 1C is a large accounting software vendor with plenty of implementation options, customized for each company, the challenge is a seamless integration without any data loss.
Solution & Results
ODIN was integrated to Documents’ module successfully, and the effectiveness of asset portfolio management has increased significantly.
